No pedimos fotos.
- Apple: Sign in with Apple, notificaciones push y compras de la suscripción (StoreKit).
Exportar y borrar tus datos

Who we are
Evamma is an app for mothers, fathers and caregivers to keep track of a baby's day: feeds, sleep, diapers and who was caring for the baby. The data controller is [Razón social y domicilio pendientes / Legal entity and address pending]. You can write to us at [Correo de contacto pendiente / Contact email pending].
What data we keep
- Your account: your email address, or the identifier Apple gives us if you sign in with Apple, and the name you want your family to see.
- Baby data: name, date of birth and sex. We do not ask for photos.
- Entries: feeds, sleep, diapers, shifts and notes for the pediatrician, each with who logged it and who was caring for the baby at the time.
- Narrations: when you tell what happened by voice, the audio is temporary (see below). What we keep is the text of what you said (the transcript), attached to the entries you confirm.
- Pediatrician summaries: the summaries you generate are saved in the app.
- Settings and notices: your language, time format and units, the family time zone and, if you turn notices on, your device identifier so we can send you notifications.
- Consent: who gave it and when.
- App use: the date a caregiver of the family last opened the app, for deletion after inactivity.
Audio is not stored
When you record a narration, the audio is sent to our server for a single processing call that returns the transcript and the proposed entries. We do not store the audio on the server. On your phone it is deleted as soon as processing succeeds; if processing fails, it stays on your phone so you can retry, and it is deleted after a successful attempt.
Nothing the AI proposes is saved until you have seen it and confirmed it.
Who else processes your data
We use these providers to make Evamma work. They only receive what they need for their task.
- Supabase (database, sign-in and server functions), in the us-east-1 region (United States).
- Google Gemini, on a paid plan: it processes the narration audio and writes the pediatrician summaries. On that plan, Google does not use what we send it to train its models. For a summary we send calculated averages, the period's notes for the pediatrician, and the baby's name and age.
- Resend: sends the sign-in emails and the inactivity warning.
- Apple: Sign in with Apple, push notifications and subscription purchases (StoreKit).
- Vercel: hosts this website, evamma.app.
The Gemini key lives only on the server; the app never talks to Gemini directly.
No ads or third-party analytics
We use no advertising and no third-party analytics tools over your baby's data, and we do not sell your data. Crash reports are received only through Apple's tools and contain no baby data.
Consent from mothers, fathers and guardians
A baby's data is health data of a minor. That is why, before anything about the baby is stored, whoever creates the family gives explicit consent as mother, father or legal guardian, on a screen that explains what is stored, that Gemini processes voice and summaries, that audio is deleted after processing, and that data is deleted after 12 months of non-use. Until that consent is given, no baby data is sent to the server. Invited people see this privacy notice but do not give a parental consent.
Evamma is meant for adults. It is not directed at children and we do not ask minors for data. Minimum age to use the app: [Edad mínima pendiente / Minimum age pending].
Who sees the data inside a family
All the caregivers of a family see the same timeline for the baby and who logged each entry. Every caregiver has their own account. Parents can invite caregivers, change roles, remove caregivers, edit the baby's data and export it; caregivers can only edit and delete their own entries. Invitations expire after 7 days, are single use and can be revoked.
If a caregiver leaves or deletes their account, their entries stay with the family and are shown as "Former caregiver", without their name.
Exporting and deleting your data
- Export: parents can export each baby's data as CSV from settings.
- Delete your account: you can do it from the app. Your account is removed and your Sign in with Apple permissions are revoked. If another parent is in the family, the baby and the entries stay with the family. If you are the last parent, the whole family is deleted (the baby, their entries, notes and summaries, and the other caregivers' access), with a warning first and the option to export beforehand.
Deletion after inactivity
If no caregiver of the family opens the app for 12 months, we delete the family's data. One month earlier, at 11 months, we send a warning email to the parents. Opening the app counts as activity.
Children's data: COPPA and GDPR
The baby's data is entered by their mother, father or guardian, not by the child. We process it with explicit consent, use it only to provide the daily log, and do not use it for advertising or third-party analytics. A minor's health data gets the highest care: it is deleted after inactivity and you can ask for it to be deleted at any time. If people in the European Union use Evamma, your rights under the GDPR also apply.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correct it, export it or delete it, withdraw your consent, and complain to the data protection authority in your country. You can do many of these yourself in the app; for the rest, write to us at [Correo de contacto pendiente / Contact email pending].
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will publish the new version here with its date and, if the change affects how we handle your baby's data, tell you in the app before it applies.
