Qué es Evamma
Evamma es una app para anotar el día de un bebé (tomas, sueño, pañales y quién lo cuidaba), con la voz como forma principal de hacerlo, y para guardar notas y preguntas para el pediatra. El servicio lo ofrece [Razón social y domicilio pendientes / Legal entity and address pending].
Evamma no es un servicio médico. Es un registro de lo que tú anotas. No da consejos médicos, no diagnostica y no reemplaza a tu pediatra. Los resúmenes para el pediatra solo resumen lo que se anotó. Si te preocupa la salud de tu bebé, consulta a un profesional de la salud.
Tu cuenta y los cuidadores
Cada persona usa su propia cuenta (con Sign in with Apple o con un enlace por correo); no se comparten cuentas. Debes tener al menos [Edad mínima pendiente / Minimum age pending] para usar Evamma. Quien crea la familia es madre, padre o tutor del bebé y da el consentimiento parental. Los padres pueden invitar a otras personas con el rol de padre o de cuidador; las invitaciones caducan a los 7 días y se usan una sola vez. Eres responsable de lo que anotas con tu cuenta y de invitar solo a personas de tu confianza, que verán los datos del bebé.
Plan gratuito y Evamma Familia
- Plan gratuito: 30 narraciones por voz y 2 resúmenes para el pediatra al mes por familia. El contador se renueva el día 1 de cada mes, según la zona horaria de la familia. Los toques rápidos, los cronómetros, las notas escritas, la edición, la pantalla Semana y los resúmenes guardados no tienen límite.
- Evamma Familia: suscripción con renovación automática a través de la App Store, 3,99 USD al mes o 29,99 USD al año. Quita ambos límites para toda la familia. Solo los padres pueden suscribirse.
- Gestión por Apple: el cobro, la renovación, la cancelación y los reembolsos los gestiona Apple según sus condiciones. Puedes cancelar cuando quieras desde los ajustes de tu cuenta de Apple. Si el padre o la madre que paga se va o borra su cuenta, la familia conserva el plan hasta que termine el periodo pagado; no se puede transferir la suscripción a otra persona.
Los precios pueden cambiar; los vigentes se muestran en la App Store antes de que compres.
Uso aceptable
- Usa Evamma solo para anotar el día de bebés a los que cuidas, con el consentimiento de sus padres o tutores.
- No intentes acceder a datos de otras familias, saltarte los límites del plan, ni interferir con el servicio.
- No uses la app para nada ilegal ni para dañar a otras personas.
- No grabes a personas sin que lo sepan.
Disponibilidad
Hacemos lo posible para que Evamma funcione siempre, pero no podemos garantizarlo. Las narraciones por voz necesitan conexión: si no hay señal, se guardan en tu teléfono y se procesan cuando vuelva. El servicio puede tener cortes por mantenimiento o por fallos de nuestros proveedores. Las transcripciones y los registros que propone la IA pueden contener errores; por eso siempre los ves y los confirmas antes de guardarlos.
Terminación y eliminación
Puedes borrar tu cuenta cuando quieras desde la app; qué pasa con los datos se explica en la política de privacidad. Si eres el último padre o madre de la familia, se borra toda la familia. También borramos los datos de una familia tras 12 meses sin que nadie abra la app, con un aviso por correo a los 11 meses. Podemos suspender o cerrar una cuenta que incumpla estos términos.
Límite de responsabilidad
Evamma se ofrece «tal cual». En la medida que la ley lo permita, no somos responsables de daños indirectos ni de decisiones que tomes basándote en lo anotado o en los resúmenes, y nuestra responsabilidad total hacia ti se limita a [Límite de responsabilidad pendiente / Liability cap pending]. Nada de esto limita derechos que la ley no permite limitar.
Cambios en estos términos
Si cambiamos estos términos, publicaremos la nueva versión aquí con su fecha y, si el cambio es importante, te lo diremos en la app. Si sigues usando Evamma después del cambio, aceptas la nueva versión.

What Evamma is
Evamma is an app for keeping track of a baby's day (feeds, sleep, diapers and who was caring for the baby), with voice as the main way to do it, and for saving notes and questions for the pediatrician. The service is offered by [Razón social y domicilio pendientes / Legal entity and address pending].
Evamma is not a medical service. It is a record of what you log. It gives no medical advice, makes no diagnosis and does not replace your pediatrician. Pediatrician summaries only summarize what was logged. If you are worried about your baby's health, talk to a health professional.
Your account and caregivers
Each person uses their own account (with Sign in with Apple or an email link); accounts are not shared. You must be at least [Edad mínima pendiente / Minimum age pending] to use Evamma. Whoever creates the family is the baby's mother, father or guardian and gives the parental consent. Parents can invite other people with the Parent or Caregiver role; invitations expire after 7 days and are single use. You are responsible for what you log with your account and for inviting only people you trust, who will see the baby's data.
Free plan and Evamma Familia
- Free plan: 30 voice narrations and 2 pediatrician summaries per month per family. The counter renews on day 1 of each month, in the family's time zone. Quick taps, timers, written notes, editing, the Week screen and saved summaries have no limit.
- Evamma Familia: an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store, 3.99 USD per month or 29.99 USD per year. It removes both limits for the whole family. Only parents can subscribe.
- Managed by Apple: billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. You can cancel at any time in your Apple account settings. If the parent who pays leaves or deletes their account, the family keeps the plan until the paid period ends; a subscription cannot be transferred to another person.
Prices may change; the current ones are shown in the App Store before you buy.
Acceptable use
- Use Evamma only to keep track of the day of babies you care for, with the consent of their parents or guardians.
- Do not try to access other families' data, get around the plan limits or interfere with the service.
- Do not use the app for anything illegal or to harm other people.
- Do not record people without their knowledge.
Availability
We do our best to keep Evamma working at all times, but we cannot guarantee it. Voice narrations need a connection: without signal they are saved on your phone and processed when it returns. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or because of failures at our providers. The transcripts and entries the AI proposes may contain mistakes; that is why you always see them and confirm them before they are saved.
Termination and deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the app; what happens to the data is explained in the privacy policy. If you are the last parent in the family, the whole family is deleted. We also delete a family's data after 12 months of nobody opening the app, with a warning email at 11 months. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Limit of liability
Evamma is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions you make based on what was logged or on the summaries, and our total liability to you is limited to [Límite de responsabilidad pendiente / Liability cap pending]. None of this limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will publish the new version here with its date and, if the change is significant, tell you in the app. If you keep using Evamma after the change, you accept the new version.
Governing law
